WILL PETERFFY
Will has spent his life building a bridge between our natural and financial worlds. It is his passion for nature that drives him and his innate understanding of systems thinking that shapes his vision for the future. In 2020 Will committed his full attention to building One Small Planet, where business is in service to life. It is his most comprehensive effort towards creating an economy that takes care of us and our home, our One Small Planet.
In addition to his work at One Small Planet, Will proudly serves as Chair of the ESG Committee at IBKR and on the board for Bioneers among others. He is an environmentalist, financier, and land steward in service to team Life.

CHRIS UZPEN
Chris has spent over 25 years practicing law, including as a partner at an international law firm where he served as co-head of its family office practice. He is a tax law specialist by training but has spent the past 10 years advising on and managing all aspects of investment and business matters. Chris enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge and has taught as an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac Law School and Grand Valley State University. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, a law degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in Taxation from Grand Valley State University.

BRADLEY SMITH
Bradley joyfully supports One Small Planet as Managing Director. After over a decade of work in local government climate and resilience, international outdoor and traditional education, and operating his own business as a death doula, Bradley was the first to join founder Will Peterffy in the building of One Small Planet. An environmental scientist by training and a community bridge builder and systems integrator by experience, Bradley enjoys working with people in complex systems to align and co-create just impact. Service, discernment, and non stop learning all drive Bradley to continue this great work with One Small Planet.
JACK WIELEBINSKI
Jack Wielebinski has spent the entirety of his career in the financial services industry. Beginning as an investment banking analyst, and later working in private equity focused on financial services companies, spanning both the private equity and financial advisory practices at the firm. Prior to One Small Planet, Jack was the head of investor relations for a public company he supported through its IPO on the NASDAQ.
Mr. Wielebinski runs the Fire Fund operations at One Small Planet, managing nearly all deal sourcing, analysis, portfolio management, and is a member of the investment committee and active on numerous boards. He believes in the possibility of a better and brighter future for the world through better designed systems and outcomes, which is why he does what he does at One Small Planet.


BEN MEEUS
Ben Meeus is the Philanthropic Program Manager at One Small Planet, bringing a deep commitment to advancing environmental and social justice through locally-led initiatives. A legal expert in human rights, specialized in Indigenous Peoples' rights and rainforest protection, he has over 15 years of experience supporting organizations including Rainforest Foundation Norway (RFN), Amnesty International, the UN Environment Programme (UNEP), and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
A key part of his work involved coordinating the implementation of the Interfaith Rainforest Initiative (IRI) across five countries: Brazil, Colombia, DRC, Indonesia, and Peru. Ben also serves as an Advisor to the Yorenka Tasorentsi Institute (YTI) in the Brazilian Amazon. A Belgian national, Ben holds Master's degrees in International and European Law and Latin American Studies, and is fluent in five languages. In his free time, he enjoys reconnecting with nature and spending quality time with his wife, son, and dog.

MARA ROSENTHAL
Mara Rosenthal is an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder of One Small Planet, supporting the organization’s leadership team and helping to advance its mission of regenerative wealth and planet-positive impact. She works closely across operations, partnerships, and communications to ensure projects move forward with clarity and care.Prior to her work at One Small Planet, Mara spent more than ten years in advertising and marketing, specializing in strategic communications and creative storytelling. She brings this background into her current role, blending organizational precision with a deep appreciation for thoughtful connection and meaningful collaboration.

ASEEF RAIHAN
Aseef is a founder and impact investor working to build solutions that serve both people and the planet. He has over a decade of experience in operations, emerging markets, and climate tech. As Founder of AgriSolar, he led a team to bring solar-powered irrigation to smallholder farmers in Nigeria. Earlier in his career, he advised senior military and government leaders on strategy as a U.S. Air Force officer and data scientist.At One Small Planet, Aseef supports efforts to back entrepreneurs tackling the climate crisis.
